Where are your travel cups made?

Bryteka pottery is made on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. 

Everything is hand made by our master potter with over 35 years experience. 

How much is shipping?

Shipping within in Australia is FREE for orders over $50!

We also offer $5 flat rate shipping for all other orders. 

Orders of heat bands (up to 5) and individual replacement lids is just $2. Tracking is not offered with this option.

Do you ship internationally?

At this stage we only offer shipping within Australia.  Please feel free to contact us on bryteka_pottery@hotmail.com and we can provide a quote for international shipping. 

Do offer carbon neutral shipping?

Yes!  We offset the carbon for all orders of cups. 

Do you offer wholesale rates?

Yes we do! Please contact us on bryteka_pottery@hotmail.com and we can provide prices and options. 

How do you package your cups?

We pack our cups ready for shipping with the upmost care. 

We use biodegradable packing peanuts (made of corn starch so they dissolve in water) so our cups arrive safely!

We are working towards sourcing and using all environmentally friendly packaging. 

What is your return policy?

If your cup is damaged upon arrival, please contact us on bryteka_pottery@hotmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your cup.  Please provide us with photos of the cup and packaging showing the damage. We will replace any cups broken in transit, if notified within 24 hours. 

For other returns, we will accept returns of unused cups in original packaging within five (5) days.  The cost of return shipping is to be covered by the customer. 

We do not offer returns for change of mind. Due to differences in PC/device screens there may be minor colour differences.
